Lazarus Jacobs
Lazarus Jacobs is the co- founder of Paragon Investment Holdings. A well-known Namibian media personality, published writer and sought- after public speaker, Lazarus is an entrepreneur with vast experience in media and marketing, He currently serves as Director on the following boards: Paragon Investment Holdings, TBWA\Paragon, Windhoek Observer, Namibian Broadcasting Corporation, (NBC). He’s a former Chairperson of both the Communications Regulatory Authority of Namibia (Chairperson) and the National Theatre of Namibia (NTN)
In 2009 he was inducted in the Namibia Business Hall of Fame (2009).
The Namibia Business Hall of Fame was created to recognize outstanding Namibian entrepreneurs. Receiving the award places the recipient in the company of notable captains of industry in Namibia. In recognition for their contribution to the economic development of Namibia and the encouragement of entrepreneurship through the establishment of Paragon Investment Holdings, Lazarus Jacobs and co-founder, Desmond Amunyela were inducted in the hall of fame as Founders of Paragon. Laz takes a keen interest in the arts. He’s an amateur photographer and a ‘retired’ stand up comedian.
